3. Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen, tax-inclusive, on each purchase screen.
  • Revenue shares for creators are calculated according to the Terms of Service and any individual agreements.

4. Ancillary Costs

  • Internet connectivity, data charges, and device costs are borne by the customer.
  • Currency conversion fees or payment processor surcharges may apply depending on the payment method.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit card payments processed via external gateways such as Stripe
  • Digital wallets / third-party processors such as PayPal
  • Promotional credits or points issued by KyaraFlip (subject to separately published conditions)

6. Payment Timing

  • Instant purchases: charged at the time the purchase flow is completed.
  • Subscriptions: automatically charged on the designated renewal date (cancellation accepted until the day before renewal).

7. Delivery Timing

  • Digital content becomes available immediately after successful payment.
  • Creator account features are enabled once the application or upgrade process completes in our system.

8. Returns, Cancellations, Termination

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, completed purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded except where mandated by law or the Terms of Service.
  • Subscription cancellations stop the next billing cycle if submitted before the renewal date.
  • Cooling-off rules for door-to-door sales do not apply because the service is provided online.

9. Service Issues and Governing Law

  • If service suspension or critical defects occur, the support desk responds individually and may provide refunds or alternative access based on the Terms of Service and platform rules.
  • This disclosure and related transactions are governed by the laws of Japan.
