The Japanese-language Privacy Policy is the legally binding document. This English edition is provided for reference only. It explains how KyaraFlip (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information about users and supplements the Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: display name, email address, profile imagery
  • Data obtained from external identity providers (e.g., Google, X / Twitter, LINE)
  • Usage and technical information: IP address, User-Agent, device and browser metadata, cookies, analytics logs
  • Payment references: payment IDs and status supplied by processors (card numbers remain with the processor)
  • Generation prompts and logs submitted to LLM or speech-synthesis providers, including configuration parameters
  • Voice-generation tuning parameters and any output data produced when you use the audio tools

2. How We Use the Information

  • Authentication, account management, and fraud prevention
  • Providing and improving product functionality, personalising content, and operating support channels
  • Processing payments, managing invoices, and distributing revenue shares
  • Complying with legal obligations, handling disputes, audits, and regulatory requests
  • Delivering and improving generative AI and remix features while detecting abuse or misuse
  • Analysing generated data through automated moderation and content safety pipelines without disclosing personally identifiable details outside the service

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose personal data to third parties without consent except when:

  • Required by law or court order
  • Necessary to protect life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult
  • Sharing with service providers and partners under contractual safeguards who process data on our behalf

4. Joint Use

For revenue-sharing and settlement operations we may jointly use limited data (for example, payout references) with payment processors or accounting partners. Scope and responsibility will be published whenever joint use is activated.

5. Security Measures

We implement access controls, encryption, segregation of duties, security logging, and regular reviews to maintain reasonable protection for personal data.

6. Retention and Deletion

  • Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above and is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
  • When an account deletion request is completed, profile data and contact information are deleted or anonymised.
  • Legal obligations (tax, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention) may require retention of records such as transaction ledgers, payout references, and audit logs for defined periods (typically up to seven years).

7. Use of Generative AI / External LLMs

We may use external large language model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for translation, quality improvement, or content moderation. We minimise transmitted data and adopt configurations or contracts that prevent provider-side reuse whenever possible. If generated content would be used to train an external provider, we will first obtain your opt-in consent. Generation prompts and logs are retained for up to 12 months for quality improvement and fraud detection before being anonymised or deleted.

8. User Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of personal data by following the procedure described on the support site. Additional verification may be required to prevent unauthorised disclosure.

9. Children’s Privacy

KyaraFlip is not intended for users under 13 years old (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Minors may register, post, or use KyaraFlip only with verified guardian consent and involvement. When a minor purchases paid points (KP) or receives revenue shares, guardian consent and a guardian-owned payment or bank account are required.

10. International Transfers

Infrastructure and partners may be located outside your country of residence. When we transfer personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable regulations.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve and will label each revision with the effective-date version code (e.g., v20251118). Significant changes will be announced with reasonable notice; continued use of KyaraFlip after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
