Bubble Shooter Tips & How to Play
This is a quick, vertical puzzle built with Three.js. Fire bubbles from the cannon, match three or more of the same color, and clear the board.
Core rules
- Drag to aim and release to shoot. Bank shots off the walls are allowed.
- Three or more touching bubbles of the same color pop. Any clusters no longer connected to the top fall away together.
- A new row drops every 9 seconds (you’ll see a countdown warning). Touching the bottom ends the run; clearing all bubbles is a win.
Play steps
- Open `/en/games/bubble-shooter` (optimized for vertical screens; phones feel best).
- Drag to set the cannon angle and lift your finger to fire. On desktop you can fine-tune with the arrow keys.
- Watch the Next bubble indicator in the HUD to plan your shots.
- When the field touches the bottom or is fully cleared, a result overlay appears. Tap Play again to restart instantly.
Scoring tips
- Larger clusters explode your score exponentially (starting at 20 points and doubling). Avoid isolating bubbles—set up chains instead.
- Carve the upper rows so that floating groups detach and drop, opening big space.
- Use wall bounces to slip shots through narrow gaps and prevent clogs in the center lane.
- If the countdown is low, trim the tallest columns first to buy time before the next drop.
Troubleshooting
- Blank screen / WebGL error: Enable hardware acceleration in your browser and reload. Trying another browser often fixes it.
- Input feels sluggish: Close heavy tabs or low-power mode to reduce throttling.
